Jan Soloy is a recent graduate of the Fellowship in Integrative Medicine at the University of Arizona, Tucson where she pursued a lifelong interest in holistic and integrative health care. 

Integrative heart care includes advocating for the best that Western medicine has to offer, AND accessing the large body of knowledge accumulated by other traditional disciplines.  This holistic attention to health including food and movement, mind-body interventions, healing environments and carefully chosen supplements brings the best of all worlds together to support a healthy or healing heart.

Jan Soloy has been touched by heart disease at every level both personally and professionally. As a certified Critical Care RN working in coronary care for many years, to practicing for the last 17 years as a Nurse Practitioner in primary care she has always had a heart centered focus.  

Offering health care services with an Integrative Heart Focus to Olympia, WA and surrounding areas, Jan Soloy continues to explore new ways to bring heart to to the focus of health care.
